SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Once you have placed an online order, engraving will commence as soon as possible (this process can take 7-10 days to complete). Once engraved your order will then be packed up for shipping and put through our system, we use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class signed for service.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point or to reschedule. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or refunds on any of our personalised products that have been made to order. We only accept returns if your product is non-personalised with a generic engraving.
However, if you believe your order has been engraved incorrectly or your order has arrived damaged during the shipping process, please return the goods to:

All returns must be in new condition and returned within 14 working days along with the original receipt, please also get in contact with us to discuss your return.
We suggest, for your own protection, you use 1st class registered post.
This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
REFUNDS
All returns are subject to inspection to ensure the product is in a re-sellable condition. Returns will also be assessed for any damaged or incorrect items. If the product meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the appropriate refund.

LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
